An insurance agency has a current position open for a Virtual Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative in Tucson.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of phone calls from agents and customers
- Perform pre-underwriting screening
- Verify coverage, evaluate submitted bills, and authorize payments
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School degree or equivalent work experience
- 2 years of In Bound Call Center experience
- 1 year of Work From Home experience
- High level of accuracy with data entry
- Bilingual (English-Spanish)
