Job Summary
An insurance company is in need of a Virtual Bilingual Spanish Healthcare Benefits Advocate.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Consulting with members who require help/guidance/actions regarding benefits
- Documenting member conversations, follow-ups and resolutions
- Working directly with supervisor to handle escalated and/or high profile issues
Position Requirements Include:
- Must live in Southeastern Wisconsin, Madison area, or Greater Chicago area
- Post high school training or experience in the health insurance field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in health insurance, benefits, or similar environment
- Ability to speak, read and write Spanish fluently
- Healthcare Industry experience or knowledge (benefits, specifically)
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret insurance plan documents
