Job Summary

A government services company needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Bilingual Spanish IRS Customer Service Representative in Tempe.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Handling customer service inquiries and problems via the telephone
  • Using computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting
  • Responding to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, etc

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
  • Ability to speak and read English and Spanish fluently
  • Access to Wi-Fi, LAN (wired connection/ethernet) or both
  • Personal computer and headset with microphone
  • Private, secure workspace
