Job Summary
A government services company needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Bilingual Spanish IRS Customer Service Representative in Tempe.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Handling customer service inquiries and problems via the telephone
- Using computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting
- Responding to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, etc
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
- Ability to speak and read English and Spanish fluently
- Access to Wi-Fi, LAN (wired connection/ethernet) or both
- Personal computer and headset with microphone
- Private, secure workspace
