Job Summary
A global outsourced-solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Bilingual Spanish Outsourced Solutions Customer Service Representative in Corpus Christi.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Following communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identifying customers’ needs, clarifying information, researching issues and providing solutions
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Excellent English skills, both written and verbal
- Spanish speaking skills are required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good PC skills
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
