Job Summary
A real estate services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Bilingual Spanish Real Estate Transaction Coordinator in Tampa.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Coordinate/assist with documentation related to the transaction
- Manage all aspects of transactions/files from contract-to-close
- Input all necessary documentation into the appropriate system(s) for file compliance
Required Skills:
- Bilingual in Spanish is required
- 3 years of Transaction Management (Contract-to-Close) experience in Real Estate
- Proven ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment
- Proficient in MS Office (especially strong in Excel), Dropbox, Gmail, Internet
