Job Summary
A software company has a current position open for a Virtual Bilingual Spanish Tax Support Representative.
Must be able to:
- Help customers who are working on their tax return with product/software inquiries, tax questions
- Apply defined practices, procedures, and company policies to resolve customer inquiries
- Interact with customers utilizing strong written and verbal skills as well as deep customer empathy
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of tax laws, tax concepts, and familiarity with form 1040 and schedules
- Experience preparing federal and state returns for individuals
- High-quality customer interactions and experiences
- Proficient with technology and solid knowledge of computer operations and software.
- Ability to document customer interactions
