Job Summary

A manufacturer of communication augmentation devices is seeking a Virtual Bilingual Spanish Technical Support Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Answering incoming calls to the department
  • Providing callers with training and troubleshooting
  • Responding to email messages

Qualifications Include:

  • Must be fluent (verbal and written) in both English and Spanish
