Job Summary
A social media company is seeking a Virtual Bilingual Ukrainian and English Engagement Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Working autonomously to deliver an effective service across a variety of social media channels
- Understanding the client’s social media strategy, tone-of-voice, and brand guidelines
- Responding to complaints and queries, and engaging with the online audience
Skills and Requirements Include:
- A native-level Ukrainian speaker
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Confident with digital technology and knowledge the latest trends in social media
- Brand awareness
- Must be able to work 1 hour per day between the hours of 7am-3pm (UK time) on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
