Job Summary

A staffing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Bilingual Vietnamese English Telephone Interviewer in Independence.

Must be able to:

• Make a high volume of calls with specific time constraints
• Contact health plan call centers across the country
• Assist Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services evaluate healthcare compliance

Position Requirements Include:

• Ability to read and speak Vietnamese & English fluently
• High school diploma or GED required
• Proficiency with troubleshooting and using computers
• Strong attention to detail
• Hard-wired high-speed internet service required
• Landline telephone service required - wireless/satellite/cable phones service not permitted
