- Interpreting conversations between providers and consumers

Skills and Requirements Include:
- Customer service skills
- Knowledge of medical/Educational and Social Service terminology
- Documented fluency in English and Vietnamese
- Equal command of Medical/Educational and Social Service terminology in both languages
