Virtual Billing Closeout Coordinator

Job Summary

A digital security and solutions provider is in need of a Virtual Billing Closeout Coordinator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Prepares the reconciliation of projects and final invoices for contract closeout
• Establishes invoices in client prescribed formats
• Troubleshoots billing errors

Qualifications Include:

• Associate's or equivalent degree in Business Administration (or equivalent)
• 2+ years related experience
• A working knowledge of contract provisions regarding client invoicing and payment
• Possess extensive knowledge of all aspects of client invoicing requirements
• Demonstrate strong math skills and understanding of the budget and client invoicing process
• A demonstrated proficiency in using MS Excel
