Job Summary
A web hosting company is seeking a Virtual Billing Support Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Quote prices for services, upgrades, downgrades, etc
- Delight the customer with billing assistance to inquiries via phone and email
- Review incoming orders to ensure service is delivered promptly
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Excellent interpersonal skills with direct customer interaction experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (for non-English speakers: English level - B2 and above)
