Job Summary

A digital publishing company is filling a position for a Virtual Bookkeeper.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Creating and recording monthly Revenue journal entries
  • Reconciling Merchant credit card accounts
  • Calculating and recording monthly depreciation

Qualifications Include:

  • Five years working as a bookkeeper
  • Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and standard monthly journal entries
  • Experience with QuickBooks
  • Ability to work independently
