Job Summary

A financial services company has an open position for a Virtual Bookkeeper.

Must be able to:

  • Enter data of expense and income transactions into QuickBooks Online
  • Process weekly accounts payable/bill pay, via Bill.com
  • Reconcile monthly bank and credit cards

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • QuickBooks ProAdvisor Certification (basic)
  • QuickBooks Online experience, or 5+ years of general bookkeeping experience
  • Comfort with cloud-based technologies and document storage tools
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Commitment to client confidentiality
