Job Summary

An accounting services company is in need of a Virtual Bookkeeper and Accountant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Working with multiple clients and optimizing their accounting workflow
• Executing processes related to A/P and A/R management
• Assisting in the new client on-boarding process

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Minimum of an Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 5+ years of demonstrated ability to provide detailed level bookkeeping support
• 1+ years of transactional accounting experience using QuickBooks for/in a professional organization
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both orally and in writing
