Job Summary
A health insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Business Analysis Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing and leading projects that drive process improvements
- Coordinating the intake and assignment of new requests
- Providing leadership, clear direction, coaching and support to direct reports
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3 years of resource management experience
- 3 years of experience in business analysis
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, business management or healthcare-related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience working in a health care payer or provider setting
- Business acumen and business domain knowledge in the healthcare industry
- Working knowledge of administrative claims data and medical coding systems
