A healthcare company is seeking a Virtual Business Change Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Identifying and implementing varied projects, programs and plans that support achievement of business unit
- Identifying potential issues, project change, and scope data
- Leading efforts to identify best practices
Skills and Requirements Include:
- BA/BS degree in a related field; 10 years managing mid to large-scale change/project initiatives; or any combination
- Master's degree preferred
- Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
- Clinical related degree preferred
- Experience working with clinical systems and programs preferred
- Strong proficiency with MS Office
