Job Summary
A virtual administrative support provider is in need of a Virtual Business Immigration Paralegal.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing virtual assistance to clients across the United States, with specialties in administrative, marketing & paralegal services
- Responding to client communications during business hours within one hour by email, phone, and text
- Preparing employment-based immigration petitions
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of recent experience working as a paralegal preparing employment-based immigration petitions
- Experience with e-Immigration, Cerenade, INS Zoom, Prima Facie, or other immigration software is a plus
- Experience using practice management software, preferably Clio, PC Law, or Serengeti
