Job Summary
A real estate company is in need of a Virtual Business Intelligence Project Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Taking responsibility for the creation of tools to achieve project goals
- Setting and managing project expectations with team members and other stakeholders
- Identifying and resolving issues and conflicts within the project team
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant experience gained in consulting, real estate, FSI or other applicable industry
- Project Management skills and demonstrable ability to deliver high-quality work
- Exceptional people skills and proven ability to mentor and develop more junior colleagues
- Willingness to take ownership for and to drive marketing and business development activity
- Strong commitment to owning a distinct piece of the project or entire workstream
- Passion for understanding and resolving business problems from multiple perspectives
