Job Summary
A security software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Business Payment Platform Applications Senior Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape, market trends and buyer behavior
- Conduct broad and comprehensive competitive analysis for payments capabilities and implementation
- Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative payment product features
Qualifications Include:
- 4+ years of experience with payment optimization work i.e. conversion, renewal, upsell and optimization
- Solid track record of achieving and exceeding goals in fast-paced environments
- 4+ years of experience in product management in payments
- 4+ years of experience with navigating and developing reports in Salesforce
- Strong customer empathy and experience shaping payment product direction based on customer needs
