Job Summary

An IT company has a current position open for a Virtual Business Process Consultant.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Providing support of ServiceNow solutions to customers
• Performing analysis of business processes or operations in order to develop new or modified information processing systems
• Owning, developing, delivering, and training an organization on IT Asset Management processes

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Travel is expected
• 5-year experience in information technology methodologies
• 5 years' experience with Configuration Management
• 5 years of incident Management experience
• 10 years' experience with requirements gathering, documentation and management, specifically creating business, etc
• 5 years' experience with testing procedures
