Job Summary
A strategic consulting and business intelligence firm needs applicants for an opening for a VIrtual Business Writer and Researcher in Los Angeles.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Writing thought pieces related to both client industries and markets and to functional topics of interest
- Developing written strategic analysis and market research (industry, market, competition and customer research)
- Constructing presentations (PowerPoints, Slideshares, Google Slides, etc.) related to the above
Position Requirements Include:
- Relevant work experience in analytics, journalism or communications with a focus on business intelligence or management consulting
- Extraordinary verbal and written communication skills
- 4-Year Degree required, advanced degree(s) helpful
- Great "Internet" skill sets -- email, search, teleconferencing, web conferencing, etc.
- Attention to detail combined with strategic aptitude and a demonstrated track record of high-level qualitative and quantitative analysis
- Strong database and web-based research skills
