Key Responsibilities
  • Field calls from prospective clients in a timely and friendly manner
  • Schedule client appointments efficiently while ensuring satisfaction
  • Manage high volume of inbound and outbound calls and provide feedback to management
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior veterinary or call center experience in a medical setting is preferred
  • Ability to work remotely and productively as part of a team
  • Availability to work 30-40 hours a week from home
  • Basic typing skills and comfort working with a laptop
