A global online market research firm has a current position open for a Virtual Call Center Agent.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Performing outbound surveys with respondents and accurately record their answers
  • Conducting surveys over the phone with people across America

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to read and speak clearly
  • Ability to handle difficult calls in a professional manner
  • Must be able to work within the hours of 4PM-11PM
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to provide own equipment
  • Have a dedicated, quiet working space that is free of distractions to conduct business
