An analytics and market research company has an open position for a Virtual Call Center Agent.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Performing outbound surveys from home with respondents
- Accurately record respondents' answers
- Working within the hours of 5PM-12AM
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to read and speak clearly
- Ability to handle difficult calls in a professional manner
- Ability to provide own equipment (laptop, headset, etc.)
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to work within the hours of 5PM-12AM
- Have a dedicated, quiet working space that is free of distractions to conduct business
