Job Summary
A faith-based healthcare organization has an open position for a Virtual Call Center Agent in Palm Coast.
Must be able to:
- Answer inbound phone calls to the Referral Center in a polite and professional manner
- Answer, accept, and complete in-bound tasks of referring providers who need to find the next level of care for their patient
- Mail new patient paperwork and referral information to patients
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Call Center/Practice Telephonic Experience for In and Out bound calls
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Comfortable working remotely
