A staffing agency has a current position open for a Virtual Call Center Customer Service Representative in Austin.
Must be able to:
- Provide efficient and effective service to customers and prospects
- Exercise independent thinking in meeting customer expectations
- Explain company policies and procedures along with terms and conditions
Position Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 6 months' call center experience or at least 1 year of customer service experience
- Knowledge of mainframe and computer (pc) and internet applications
- Excellent telephone tact and diplomacy
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Proficiency in keyboarding/data entry
