Job Summary

A staffing agency has a current position open for a Virtual Call Center Customer Service Representative in Austin.

Must be able to:

  • Provide efficient and effective service to customers and prospects
  • Exercise independent thinking in meeting customer expectations
  • Explain company policies and procedures along with terms and conditions

Position Requirements Include:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 6 months' call center experience or at least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Knowledge of mainframe and computer (pc) and internet applications
  • Excellent telephone tact and diplomacy
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications
  • Proficiency in keyboarding/data entry
