Job Summary

A customer experience partner is seeking a Virtual Call Center Trainer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Preparing new Associates to be valuable employees
  • Facilitating classroom and refresher training
  • Entering time records for classroom participants

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Strong ability to effectively determine what each trainee has learned
  • Previous experience in classroom adult education or training and evaluation
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Excellent non-verbal and verbal communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in using MS Office products
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to perform effectively as member of a team
