A customer experience partner is seeking a Virtual Call Center Trainer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Preparing new Associates to be valuable employees
- Facilitating classroom and refresher training
- Entering time records for classroom participants
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Strong ability to effectively determine what each trainee has learned
- Previous experience in classroom adult education or training and evaluation
- Consistent attendance and punctuality
- Excellent non-verbal and verbal communication skills
- Strong proficiency in using MS Office products
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to perform effectively as member of a team
