A business services company is filling a position for a Virtual Call Centre Customer Service Representative .

Must be able to:

  • Talk to customers over the phone, email, online chat or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
  • Maintain and updates customer information as necessary
  • Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues

Required Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Must reside in Upstate New York
  • Strong listening/comprehension skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to use phone and computer systems
  • Stellar customer service skills – and an overwhelming desire to make lives better, one interaction at a time
