Job Summary
A bitcoin exchange company is filling a position for a Virtual Candidate Interview Scheduler.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Facilitating all interview logistics-related items
- Scheduling complex interview activities
- Sending day-before follow-up confirmation inquiries to both candidates and interview team participants
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite including calendar management
- Minimum of one-year administrative/calendar management related experience
- Demonstrated client service orientation along with a highly-refined sense of urgency
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
