Job Summary

A telecommunications company is filling a position for a Virtual Cantonese Customer Experience Representative.

Must be able to:

• Conduct back-to-back phone calls with customers throughout the entirety of your shift
• Establish long-term customer relationships
• Engage with a diverse consumer base to provide solutions for customer needs and technical issues

Required Skills:

• The ability to navigate company communications and programs in English while speaking with customers in Cantonese and English
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Ability to work and remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift
