A company is looking for a Virtual Card Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and resolve complex payment processing issues while identifying patterns for escalation
• Recommend and assist with implementing process improvements for daily payment operations
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert on Virtual Card payment methods and provide coaching to team members

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with payment processing
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with multi-channel telephony technologies
• Prior experience coaching team members on processes and workflows
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and root causes of issues
