Job Summary

An independent review organization is filling a position for a Telecommute Cardiology Medical Review Physicians.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Reading and analyzing medical information, including criteria based medical charts, UR nursing notes and clinical criteria
• Providing objective, first-level determinations

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Certified with ABMS in cardiology
• Must be in Active Practice, teaching medicine or treating patients for at least eight hours per month
• Five years experience providing care to patients in a clinical setting
• Ability to type at least 30-40 words per minute
