Virtual Care Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Care Coordinator responsible for supporting virtual patient care activities and promoting patient-focused care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance and peer reviews, and evaluate telehealth programs for improvement
• Collaborate with leadership to discuss quality metrics and provide feedback on program workflows
• Provide training on telehealth workflows and serve as a liaison between clinical staff and technology partners

Required Qualifications

• Minimum three years of direct patient care experience; five years preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field is required; Master's degree preferred
• Experience with telehealth or remote monitoring technology, including electronic medical records
• Experience creating policies and drafting organizational protocols for telehealth
• Telehealth Coordinator Certification and BCLS preferred
