Job Summary

Virtual Care Coordinator, a full-time remote position responsible for checking in patients, collecting copays, managing insurance benefits, and scheduling follow-up appointments while assisting internal teams with customer service and scheduling efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interface with patients/customers via telecommunications before, during, and after appointments
  • Schedule patient appointments and perform data entry of protected health information
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines while assisting with various front office duties
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 6-8 months of experience working in a similar role preferred
  • Ability to operate a computer and basic office equipment
  • Experience in customer service preferred
  • Knowledge of business office procedures is a plus
