Job Summary

A health insurance company has an open position for a Virtual Care Management Medical Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Perform all types of UM reviews
• Discuss cases with physician providers
• Apply health plan review hierarchy to member contracts, medical policy, clinical guidelines, etc.

Position Requirements Include:

• Current unrestricted Florida medical license as MD or DO or ability to obtain
• Board eligible - American Board of Medical Specialties
• 3+ years of clinical experience
• Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Experience working both independently and in a team environment
• Exceptional verbal and written communication
