Job Summary
A health insurance company has a current position open for a Virtual Care Management Team Supervisor.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing and monitoring Care Management team goals
- Providing ongoing feedback and coaching
- Maintaining and recommending appropriate staffing levels to guarantee safe and effective care management
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- LSW or other relevant clinical license
- Supervisory or training experience
- Knowledge of member satisfaction/incident management and regulations
- Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies
- Time management, critical/creative thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively manage performance as well as set and achieve goals
