Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Care Navigator (Front Desk Associate) for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take calls from patients, families, and partners, manage appointments, and handle inquiries
  • Work in the Electronic Health Record system, coordinate with clinicians, and document processes
  • Make outbound calls, support patient needs, and identify process improvements

Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years experience in a provider office, preferably in pediatric or behavioral health
  • Experience with EHR systems, insurance verification, and patient scheduling
  • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and documenting workflows
  • Access to a private enclosed space for patient communication during work hours
  • Familiarity with Gmail, Google Docs, Microsoft Office Suite, and adaptability to new programs
