Job Summary
A healthcare company has a current position open for a Virtual Case Manager and Behavioral Health Technician.
Must be able to:
- Provide ongoing case management
- Utilize influencing/ motivational interviewing skills to ensure maximum patient engagement
- Provide coaching, information and support to empower patients to make ongoing independent behavioral health, medical and/or healthy lifestyle choices
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Some travel required to field locations to facilitate execution of responsibilities
- Qualified as a Behavioral Heath Technician
- Exceptional communication and time management skills
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work within an interdisciplinary team
