Job Summary

A healthcare company has a current position open for a Virtual Case Manager and Behavioral Health Technician.

Must be able to:

  • Provide ongoing case management
  • Utilize influencing/ motivational interviewing skills to ensure maximum patient engagement
  • Provide coaching, information and support to empower patients to make ongoing independent behavioral health, medical and/or healthy lifestyle choices

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Some travel required to field locations to facilitate execution of responsibilities
  • Qualified as a Behavioral Heath Technician
  • Exceptional communication and time management skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work within an interdisciplinary team
