Virtual Casework Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Casework Supervisor for the Mountain Standard Territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising a team of virtual caseworkers providing trauma-informed case management
• Ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and data protection policies
• Building and managing relationships with community service providers

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field, Master's degree preferred
• 2-3 years of experience working with refugees and/or immigrants
• 1-2 years of experience in supervising individuals providing direct client services
• Fluency in English and Spanish or Dari and Pashto
