Job Summary

A marketing and advertising company has a current position open for a Virtual Central Region Marketing Sales Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Lead and coach a team of Account Executive/Sales Consultants
• Serve as a problem solver and developer for your team through strategy vs tactics
• Provide regular reporting to Senior Management on prospecting

Qualifications Include:

• Proven experience and expertise as an Entrepreneurial Sales Leader with the will to win
• Strong people leadership skills - including coaching and mentoring to develop people
• The ability to motivate a team and individuals to work to and achieve monthly KPI's
• Experience of using and understanding the importance of CRM systems
• Strong financial acumen along with Intermediate experience of Microsoft office
