Job Summary

A life coaching company is filling a position for a Virtual CEO Executive Assistant in Mission Viejo.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Attending meetings the CEO is attending to take notes and distribute tasks
  • Managing CEO tasks in Asana
  • Managing and prioritizing CEO emails

Required Skills:

  • Willing To Do Light Travel: You are willing to travel to our company events a few times per year to learn and engage with company programs, philosophies, and our clients.
  • Must be proficient in using MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Must have a working knowledge of basic accounting
  • A home office environment that allows you to work without interruption or distraction
  • You have worked in this capacity previously and have a good understanding of the needs in general of a CEO
