Job Summary

A software company has an open position for a Virtual Channel Operations Program Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing global operations-related plans, budgets, policies and procedures
  • Developing and mentoring an operations team that is responsible for team leadership
  • Leading global channel Operations & Programs to deliver quality outstanding partner support

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Available for global travel (25%)
  • 10+ years of experience with CRM and data systems
  • 10+ years managing teams in the channel, support functions, operations, or related supervisory/managerial experience in a software environment
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong channel experience in marketing, sales and/or operations. Must understand channel as a GTM strategy
  • Strong leadership & people management skills; proven ability to develop key talent
