Job Summary
A software company has an open position for a Virtual Channel Operations Program Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing global operations-related plans, budgets, policies and procedures
- Developing and mentoring an operations team that is responsible for team leadership
- Leading global channel Operations & Programs to deliver quality outstanding partner support
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Available for global travel (25%)
- 10+ years of experience with CRM and data systems
- 10+ years managing teams in the channel, support functions, operations, or related supervisory/managerial experience in a software environment
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong channel experience in marketing, sales and/or operations. Must understand channel as a GTM strategy
- Strong leadership & people management skills; proven ability to develop key talent
