Job Summary
A provider of telehealth services for education institutions needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Charter School Liaison.
Must be able to:
- Work with providers to ensure the delivery of services
- Review and manage customer data
- Improve and advocate for customer experience
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience working in a professional admin job or similar
- Experience working with G-Suite, MAC and Microsoft Excel
- Experience in the education industry
- Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Docs/Google Drive
- Good judgment about escalating client issues and involving internal groups
