Job Summary

A university is seeking a Virtual Chess Math Instructor.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Arranging and holding live review sessions with students
  • Assisting students in accomplishing established learning objectives
  • Communicating with students, parents, IT, program administrators and supervisor

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in mathematics or related field
  • At least two years’ of related experience is required, such as chess teaching/tutoring experience
  • 18 graduate degree credits may substitute for one year of experience
  • Familiarity with online course management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficiency with Gmail and related Google Apps
