Job Summary
A staffing agency has an open position for a Virtual Chief Customer Success Officer and Global Support Senior Vice President.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading our global support organization
- Leading our Delivery Services organization
- Creating a culture of continuous improvement across the organization
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree
- 15+ years of global support or customer success leadership in a multi-product enterprise software company at reasonable scale
- Experience working with large, globally distributed teams that include virtual and remote team members
- Evidence of success in a high growth environment
