A staffing agency has an open position for a Virtual Chief Customer Success Officer and Global Support Senior Vice President.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading our global support organization
  • Leading our Delivery Services organization
  • Creating a culture of continuous improvement across the organization

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 15+ years of global support or customer success leadership in a multi-product enterprise software company at reasonable scale
  • Experience working with large, globally distributed teams that include virtual and remote team members
