Virtual Chief Information Security Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Chief Information Security Officer (vCISO).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop cybersecurity strategies and oversee compliance
• Manage risk assessments and incident response initiatives
• Provide security architecture and technology advisory services

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a senior information security role, such as CISO or vCISO
• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and regulations (e.g., PCI, CMMC, NIST)
• Strong understanding of risk management and threat analysis
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) are highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA is a plus
