Virtual Chief Information Security Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Chief Information Security Officer (vCISO) to provide strategic cybersecurity advisory services on a part-time, remote basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Strengthen alignment between cybersecurity strategy and enterprise risk
• Provide independent assessments and prioritization of cyber risks
• Support executive management and the Board in oversight and regulatory readiness

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in strategic cybersecurity leadership
• Experience supporting Boards and executive leadership
• Practical understanding of manufacturing and operational technology environments
• Ability to operate independently of tool sales
• Experience with recognized cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO)
