Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Chief Information Security Officer (vCISO) for part-time, remote services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance on cybersecurity strategy, risk assessment, and enterprise security architecture
• Support governance, risk management, and compliance efforts, integrating cybersecurity into enterprise risk management
• Engage with executive management and the Board, preparing materials and participating in discussions as an independent advisor

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in strategic cybersecurity roles
• Experience supporting Boards and executive leadership
• Practical understanding of manufacturing and operational technology environments
• Ability to provide independent, vendor-agnostic guidance
• Strong background in cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST or ISO
