Virtual CIO Consultant
Job Summary
To support client executive teams, the full-time Virtual CIO Consultant will provide strategic IT leadership, develop multi-year IT plans, and mentor Client Solutions Managers, with the flexibility to work remotely or onsite in Indianapolis, IN.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to client executives during IT planning and strategic roadmap sessions
- Lead the development and delivery of IT strategic plans, risk registers, and performance dashboards
- Collaborate across Moser's divisions to design integrated solutions and ensure alignment with client needs
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in IT leadership roles such as CIO, VP of IT, or IT Director, with a bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant certifications preferred
- Experience in designing and executing IT strategy within complex environments
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence C-suite executives and boards
- Proven experience mentoring IT managers or consultants
- Solid understanding of industry best practices and market trends, translating them into actionable strategies
